Learning in Nursery
In our nursery class, we love playing and exploring. We offer a range of interesting and stimulating activities that enable the children to be active in their own learning. They have opportunities to build on their experiences, delight in their achievements and develop creative and critical thinking. Thus, developing children that are confident, capable learners.
At Knutton St. Mary’s learning is guided by a legal document called the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Children’s learning and development is planned to ensure that through play and activities each child is provided with learning opportunities to match their unique needs and interests – promoting new skills and knowledge in the 7 areas of learning and development.
